Our Returns Policy & Process

Note:  Every return of Goods will incur a 10% Restocking Fee. The restocking fee includes all freight charges for Metro Melbourne Only

Note:  Items more than 30 days from invoice date will not be considered for return. Any Item that has already been fitted will not be considered for return.

Complete Return Request Form and Send Request.

On review of the return request and, depending on the date of purchase, we will arrange to have the items collected.

Returned items will be assessed by a Superior Tyre Wholesalers representatives and the request will be approved or Denied.

Depending on the outcome of the request, a credit note will be issued to the Client seeking return.
